Sales Scout Affiliate Program Terms and Conditions

1. Introduction Welcome to the Sales Scout Affiliate Program. By signing up as an affiliate, you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before participating in the program.

2. Enrollment To enroll in the affiliate program, you must complete and submit the online application form. We will evaluate your application and notify you of your acceptance or rejection. We may reject your application at our sole discretion.

3. Affiliate Links Once you have been approved, you will be provided with a unique affiliate link to promote Sales Scout. You agree to use this link to direct potential customers to our website.

4. Commissions Affiliates will earn a commission on sales generated through their unique affiliate links. The commission rate is 50% of the sale price for the initial sale and 3 renewals. Commissions will be paid out on a monthly basis.

5. Payment Payments will be made via Paypal. Affiliates are responsible for ensuring their payment information is accurate and up-to-date.

6. Prohibited Activities Affiliates must not engage in any illegal or unethical marketing practices, including but not limited to spamming, false advertising, or misleading claims about Sales Scout.

7. Termination We reserve the right to terminate your participation in the affiliate program at any time for any reason, including violation of these terms and conditions.

8. Modification We may modify these terms and conditions at any time. Affiliates will be notified of any changes via email. Continued participation in the program constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.

9. Limitation of Liability Sales Scout will not be liable for any indirect, special, or consequential damages arising in connection with this agreement or the affiliate program.

10. Governing Law These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state of Missouri.
